When business and pleasure collide…..
Sunday, July 25th, 2010We were very excited this month to photograph the new Designed Blinds showroom in Richmond featuring large backlit material prints from my Cuba trip in October 2009. A big thanks to Kevin for your on-going interest in my work. Here’s some pics..

I have joined the ACMP board to help contribute support to issues affecting the commercial photographic industry. See www.acmp.com.au.
I have been working with the ACMP for the past 18 months to help produce an ‘Architects Guide to Copyright’ in an endeavor to clarify and explain, in simple terms how photographic copyright works. We are in the final design phases and have the approval of the Australian Copyright Council and endorsement of the RAIA. The brochure will be available to all members to distribute and use in communicating with their clients. The board is working on a number of initiatives to help meet the needs of the commercial photographic industry.
If you have any specific initiatives you would like to see considered, just let us know.
The ACMP has been producing a growing library of mini-documentaries featuring a number of professional photographers. It was fun to be invited to be featured as part of this initiative. You can view the videos at http://www.vimeo.com/channels/acmptv
